Our current mystery is designed with the intent to reduce your fabric stash. There are no fabric requirements because you will be using your stash only. There are two borders on this quilt the first is only one inch wide and the second is only four inches wide. You will need approximatly 1/2 yard and 1 1/2 yards respectively for these borders or you can get the creative juices flowing and do a scrappy pieced border for the wider one. When choosing your scraps think along the line of light and dark. All your instructions will ask you to use either one or the other, so as long as you have good contrast between the two you'll be fine. Don't pay any attention to color the weirder the combination the better; remember this is a scrappy quilt so the more different colors and variety the better your finished quilt will come out. The size of the finished quilt with the borders is 70" x 88" There is a total of six installments all of which will be included in your email upon purchasing.
