Mystery Quilt Happenings
The next mystery is ready to be run. The General Instructions will be available for your preparation. If you've never done one of my mystery's it's helpful to join the yahoo groups so that you get updates as the mystery is running. It's also a great forum to talk and chat with other quilters while the mystery is running. Just click on the link to join yahoo groups and it will bring you right to our yahoo group.
As for tools for this mystery I would highly recommend getting your self a small (6") and large (12)" bias square ruler. These tools are essential in order to have a professional looking finished product. Using a bias ruler on your blocks insures that your quilt will go together smoothly. So if you don't use them or don't have one I can't stress enough what a difference using them makes.
This mystery design is quite dramatic and fairly simple at the same time. I plan on running the mystery sometime in the early part of April and will consist of six or seven different parts. Stay tuned for updates. |
